I have a strong academic foundation, including a MSc in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management from Kent State University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My professional journey began with web design roles before I transitioned to impactful positions with large organizations as well as startups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, I am a consultant with experience across several industries. My expertise includes digital strategy, user-centered design, voice of customer research, workshop facilitation, and leveraging analytics to drive meaningful outcomes. I excel in aligning user needs with business objectives, delivering scalable solutions that enhance user engagement.
