I am a User Experience (UX) strategist and digital transformation leader with over two decades of experience in creating user-centered designs that drive business impact. I have a strong academic foundation, including a MSc in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management from Kent State University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

My professional journey began with web design roles before I transitioned to impactful positions with large organizations as well as startups.

In addition, I am a consultant with experience across several industries. My expertise includes digital strategy, user-centered design, voice of customer research, workshop facilitation, and leveraging analytics to drive meaningful outcomes. I excel in aligning user needs with business objectives, delivering scalable solutions that enhance user engagement. I have experience in leading cross-functional teams through influence and reporting structures.
